Government says it has greenhouse and community theatre
The new West Niagara Secondary School in Beamsville is officially open.
Niagara West MPP Sam Oosterhoff says the grand opening was last week.
It has a greenhouse and community theatre, and 1,533 seats.
The province provided the District School Board of Niagara with $50.4-million to build it, part of the province's plan to spend $16-billion over ten years on school construction.
The government adds since 2018 it has approved almost 200 construction projects, and developed over 300 child care related projects.
