Niagara-bound Burlington Skyway Lanes to Close on Friday Nights in July

Closures will take place from 6:30 p.m. on Fridays until 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays

A word of warning if you travel to Burlington.

The City of Burlington says all Niagara-bound lanes on the Burlington Skyway will close every Friday night next month for construction.

Workers will start shutting down the lanes at 6:30 p.m., with the goal of having them fully closed by 8:00 p.m.

The lanes will re-open at 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays.

If the weather is bad, construction will take place on Saturday nights instead, and the lanes will re-open at 9:30 a.m. the next morning.
