Trustee was sanctioned back in January by comparing the Pride and Nazi flags
A Niagara Catholic School Board trustee sanctioned for saying Pride and Nazi flags shouldn't be flown is trying again.
At the board's meeting on September 24th a notice of motion was submitted by Trustee Natalia Benoit to ban flying the pride flag board-wide.
The motion is to be addressed at the board's next meeting set for October 22nd.
Benoit was censured in January and suspended for five months after an independent investigator found she had breached the board's code of conduct.
