Niagara College students won five medals and Best in Show at U.S. Beer Championship
Some Niagara College students have won big at the US Open College Beer Championship.
Students from the Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program took home five medals and the top title.
A group of ten students won gold for their Belgian Dubbel beer.
As well, four students won medals for beers crafted for their Target Brew class, which had them create a classic beer.
Meanwhile, student Gian Raina Armas won gold and tied for Best of Show with his rye beer named "Hulk Roggan."
