Niagara Falls becomes second municipality to have all councilors vaccinated against COVID-19.
The City of Niagara Falls says all of its council members have been fully immunized against COVID-19.
The comes after the City of St. Catharines announced last week that the mayor and all councilors were double-dosed.
Niagara Falls Mayor Jim Diodati says council needs to be an example for the public.
"This is a critical time as communities continue to open up to a greater degree and groups are gathering in person more frequently. We felt that it was important, as a Council, to show our example of how we plan to move forward safely and continue to meet and operate effectively to serve the public."
