Charges laid after a weapons complaint in Perth
A Niagara Falls man is facing weapon charges after an incident in Perth.
Aroun 7:59 p.m. on June 22nd, OPP received a report of a drive by shooting involving a BB gun on Elma Street West.
According to the OPP, nobody was hurt.
The vehicle was quickly found, and three people were arrested.
Facing charges are 24 year old Gavin Sterling from Niagara Falls, 19 year old Owen Walsh from North Perth, and a 17 year old from North Perth.
Sterling has been held in custody, while the others have been released.
A court date for Walsh and the minor has been set.
