Police say another man was seriously hurt
The man who police were looking for in relation to a collision over the weekend in Fort Erie has turned himself in.
Police say 21-year old Baylee James Lemoine of Niagara Falls has been charged with failing to stop at the scene of an accident that caused bodily harm.
Officers were called to the crash after midnight yesterday morning at Netherby and Winger Roads, to find there was a fight at a house party just prior.
One man left in a Jetta, another 32-year Thorold man left on an ATV.
Police say the driver of the Jetta deliberately hit the ATV, causing serious injuries to the rider, who was treated at hospital.
