The charges follow an investigation by the NRP's Internet Child Exploitation Unit.
38 year old Bradley David Bint is charged with one count of possession of child porn and one count of accessing child pornography.
Bint has been held in custody pending a bail hearing today at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse in St. Catharines.
Police say the investigation remains ongoing and anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call 905-688-4111, extension 1009128.
