Suspect accused of luring a child under 16 years old
A Niagara Falls man has been arrested on child pornography charges.
Earlier this month, police began an investigation into the sexual exploitation of children.
Today, officers arrested 43 year old Jeremiah Holder of Niagara Falls.
He's been charged for the following offences:
- Luring a child under the age of 16 Sec. 172.1(1)(b) CC
- Making Sexually Explicit Material available to a child under the age of 16 Sec. 171.1(1)(b) CC
- Exposure to a child under the age of 16 Sec. 173(2) CC
- Make Child Pornography (written) Sec. 163.1(2) CC
- Making Child Pornography Available Sec. 163.1(3) CC
