A Niagara Falls man is $100,000 richer!

Sixty-six year old Gary Rivers won big after playing INSTANT 21.

The father of two says he was very excited about his big win.

"I felt like I was walking on cloud 9!" he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings.

He says he plans to share the money with his family, buy new glasses and have some dental work completed.

The winning ticket was purchased at Sobeys on Portage Road in Niagara Falls.
