Brodey Luby of Niagara Falls has won $100,000 playing ENCORE.
The 33 year old says he couldn't believe his luck when he scanned his ticket.
"I was in complete disbelief - I scanned it another three times to make sure."
He plans to invest his winnings and purchase a new truck.
The winning ticket was bought at Avondale on Stanley Avenue in Niagara Falls.
