Julio De-Oliveira has been playing for years, since last winning in 1976
Niagara Falls has another lottery winner.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says Julio De-Oliveira won a $300,000 top prize with Instant Massive Money.
The 68-year old says he's been playing ever since winning $1,000 in 1976.
He plans to share the winnings with his family, but adds "Money is not everything to me, but I am very satisfied."
The OLG says when he told his kids, they asked him "Dad, how did you do that?"
The winning ticket was bought at Chippawa Variety of Main Street in Niagara Falls.
