Over $3.7-million has been paid to the City of Niagara Falls for hosting Fallsview Casino resort and Casino Niagara.
It's a 4th quarter payment from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, for January to March.
During OLG's fiscal year of April 2024 to last month, Niagara Falls received over $18-million.
The payments to host communities are based on a graduated scale of gaming revenue.
The government says the money is meant for economic development including infrastructure and job creation.
