73 year old facing charge in connection to Dairy Queen robbery
A Niagara Falls senior has been charged in connection to a robbery at the Dairy Queen on Portage Road in Niagara Falls.
Earlier this month, an unknown male suspect had entered the store, asked to order ice cream then proceeded to advise the staff that he had a gun and demanded money.
The man then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash..
73 year old Vincent Amodeo was arrested on July 24th and charged with robbery.
He was being held in custody for a bail hearing that was to have taken place last week.
