The crash happened in January, in which a 16-year old driver was killed on Thorold Stone Road
An update from police concerning the investigation of a fatal crash that killed a 16-year old girl in Niagara.
They were called to the scene at Beachwood and Thorold Stone Roads back in January, to find the car the 16-year old was driving on Thorold Stone crossed the centre line and collided with another car, driven by a 32-year old woman.
That woman suffered minor injuries.
Police now say a 33-year old Niagara Falls woman has been charged with careless driving causing death.
Police still ask if anyone has information or video of the crash to call them.
