It’s an estimated $90,000 donation to the Niagara Health Foundation to help protect frontline health care workers during the COVID-19 crisis.
DSBN Cares is donating $40,000 worth of personal protective equipment.
This includes gloves, N-95 masks, sanitizer and other equipment.
It’s also writing a cheque for $50,000 for patient care resources.
The school board raised the money during the International Concussion Summit.
DSBN Cares is an employee-driven fundraising initiative that provides financial support to families in need.
