Officials tweeting out this morning, vaccines were completed at a total of 16 long-term care homes as of yesterday.
On Friday, the hospital system reporting a total of 1,609 high-risk health care workers and long-term care residents had been vaccinated by both Niagara Region Public Health and NH.
Officials adding since Niagara Health's clinics opened on Jan. 13th, the hospital has vaccinated a total of 746 LTC workers and NH staff and physicians.
Beginning this week, officials will provide daily updates on the number of hospital staff and doctors who have been immunized, as well as the number of LTC home workers..
