It's been named one of Canada's Best Employers for Company Culture, after a large survey
Some bragging rights for Niagara Health on a national level.
Forbes has named it one of Canada's Best Employers for Company Culture for this year, for creating outstanding workplace environments.
Niagara Health says it ranked 108th overall, and 19th in the Healthcare and Social Services category.
Forbes did the nationwide, independent survey with Statista, asking 40,000 employees in all industries, with participants rating their bosses on leadership, communication and values.
With the health care industry facing such as shortage of workers, Niagara Health says its focus on culture is important for recruitment and retention.
