Niagara Health is reporting two new COVID-19 outbreaks.
One of the outbreaks was declared yesterday on Unit 3B of the St. Catharines Site, and affects a pair of patients.
The other outbreak was declared earlier today at the long-term care home on the Welland Site, and involves two cases.
