A new initiative has been introduced to help regulate short term rentals in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
The Short Term Rental Compliance Program was developed after several complaints were made about noise, illegal parking and overflowing trash.
The program allows residents to file complaints using a 24/7 hotline number or an online system.
