OPP say driver was enjoying "breakfast beer" en route to work.
One person has been charged after Niagara OPP stopped a vehicle with open liquor inside.
OPP tweeting out the car was stopped around 10:00 a.m. this morning on the QEW westbound in Beamsville.
Officers say the 60 year old driver was enjoying their "breakfast beer" on the way to work.
The motorist wasn't impaired, but they were charged for having open alcohol in the vehicle.
