Call for proposals launched
Niagara Parks plans to create a new transportation system for visitors.
A request for proposals has been launched, in hopes of creating a new system that will link sites and attractions within Niagara Parks.
The successful applicant will design, build, finance, operate and maintain the new system, and there will be a long-term lease agreement with Niagara Parks.
Niagara Parks says it also hopes the system will create a new revenue source and reduce its expenses.
Applications are open until October 31st.
