Public Health is reporting 69 new infections today, after 97 new cases were confirmed yesterday.
There are 556 active cases, including 132 in St. Catharines, 120 in Niagara Falls, and 52 in Fort Erie.
Niagara Health confirms 17 patients with the virus, with six in ICUs.
Thirteen of the patients are unvaccinated.
Over 787,000 vaccinations have been administered in the region.
Around 83.7 percent of residents five and older have one shot and 79.6 percent have two.
