The Niagara SPCA and Humane Society has donated $500 to the residents of Greycliff Manor Retirement Facility in Niagara Falls.
This was all part of their Community Engagement program and the donation has been matched by the Ontario SPCA.
The organization was selected after they heard that many residents in the facility were lacking basic necessities.
In addition, staff members teamed up to purchase some of those necessities, collecting four boxes worth of goods.
Their Community Engagement Team project was established as a way to give back to the community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
