Eight are from Niagara, one from Baltimore, police say in an effort to act as deterrance
A 45-year old from Baltimore is one of 8 people charged with impaired driving in Niagara last week.
Police say they're releasing the names of people charged with blood alcohol concentration of 80mgs or above in 100ml of blood, or for refusing to give a breath or blood sample, to act as a deterrance to impaired driving.
The other people named from the 15th to the 21st are from Niagara.
