They say Niagara Falls man charged after girl was sexually assaulted in women's washroom
A 38-year old Niagara Falls man is facing charges after police say a girl was sexually assaulted at a local hotel.
NRP got the call on Thursday, arriving at the Americana Resort on Lundy's Lane, to find out a man went into the women's bathroom, and sexually assaulted a girl, under 16-years old.
Police say Adam Carroll is charged with sexual assault, and sexual interference of someone under 16.
He had a bail hearing on Friday.
Police have reason to believe there were more witnesses in the area of the assault, and are asking anyone with information to call the Child Abuse Unit.
