Police Looking for Bank Robbery Suspect

Suspect identified as Stephane Smith

Niagara Regional Police are still looking for the suspect in a bank robbery in Niagara Falls.

It happened Friday afternoon around 2pm at the CIBC bank on Huggins Street.

NRP say a male suspect entered the bank brandishing a handgun and demanded money.

The suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police identified the suspect as Stephane Smith who is wanted for robbery using a firearm and uttering threats.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
