It was just over a year ago a number of horses were injured at a boarding farm in Welland
Police are making another appeal for public assistance to find out who hurt a number of horses in Welland a year ago.
It was overnight, between July 30th and 31st, that a horse boarding farm near Buchner Road and Highway 140 was broken into, and 8-horses received cuts and stab wounds.
One horse was found dead, another was taken to an out of town vet for emergency care, other were treated on site.
Police say a year later, this case remains unsolved, so any information, and it can be anonymously, should be called into police.
