Construction is officially underway for the new Henley Rowing Centre in St. Catharines.
An official ground breaking ceremony was held at the Royal Canadian Henley Rowing Course yesterday.
The new facility is going to host the 2022 Canada Summer Games as well as the 2024 World Rowing Championships.
It's currently slated to open in late 2021.
