Police called over reports of shots fired
There’s not much detail yet, but the NRPS has one person in custody after a report of shots fired in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Police responded to the call at a residence on Queenston Street just before 3:30 this afternoon.
Out of an abundance of caution they surrounded the home and contained the residence.
One person walked out of the home shortly after 4:30.
There are no injuries.
Roads reopened in the area at 5:15.
More details are expected tomorrow morning.
