OPP say nobody was injured.
One person has been arrested on impaired driving charges following a collision on Highway 406 near Fourth Avenue in St. Catharines.
Niagara OPP says the collision occurred late last night, and nobody was injured.
Police say when they arrived at the scene, they found a driver with an open bottle of vodka in an SUV.
A breathalyzer test was conducted, and the driver blew nearly three times the legal limit.
The 20 year old driver, who had a G2 license, was arrested and charged with several offences.
