36 year old Fermin Santo Sanchez died after being hit by an SUV near the farm where he worked.
Sanchez and two coworkers were walking with their bikes at the side of the road when the trio were hit.
The other two victims are expected to survive
The fundraiser says Sanchez worked at the Spring Valley Gardens greenhouse.
