Millennium Trail Manor in Niagara Falls currently has three active cases of COVID-19.
Niagara Health says they're all staff members and no residents currently have the virus.
Thirty people have tested positive at the long-term care home since the outbreak began on September 29th; 15 residents and 15 staff members.
Three residents have also died since then.
Niagara Health temporarily took control of the facility two weeks ago after the province issued a Mandatory Management Order.
