Daily case numbers continue to remain low as Ontarians enjoyed the first weekend in Stage 3.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 130 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 548,347.
No additional COVID-19 related deaths were recorded today, meaning the total number of deaths remains at 9,294. Another 153 cases have been labelled resolved, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 537,698.
The province completed 11,567 tests yesterday. We currently have 115 COVID-19 patients in the hospital with 107 people in the ICU and 69 in the ICU on a ventilator. The majority of the cases are coming from hot spot regions with 18 new cases in Toronto, 17 in Peel Region, 16 in the Region of Waterloo, 14 in Hamilton, 10 in Grey Bruce and 10 in Middlesex-London.
