Another teachers union has announced a work-to-rule campaign.
The Ontario English Catholic Teachers Association says it will start taking administrative job action on Monday January 13th, if a deal isn't reached with the province beforehand.
This means Niagara's English Catholic teachers won't be sending home report cards, and they won't participate in EQAO testing.
The union says the job action would continue until a tentative agreement is reached.
It adds further strike action, including a full withdrawal of services, could be necessary if the government doesn't budge.
OECTA members voted 97.1 percent in favour of strike action back in November.
