Property owner is proposing a mixed-use development
An open house is taking place tonight to discuss a possible development at the former St. Catharines General Hospital site on Queenston Street.
The meeting will give residents a chance to look over a proposed development that includes splitting the property into areas that include four buildings alongside some townhouses.
The buildings will be between 11 and 16 storeys if the project is approved, and the plan could include more than 1,000 units.
The meeting will take place at 6:00 p.m. at St. Catharines Collegiate.
