Niagara Falls city council has passed a couple of changes related to parking on Dorchester Road and Huron Street.
From 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., you'll be able to park for free for two hours on the north side of Huron Street between Valley Way and Ontario Avenue.
The 2-hour free parking zones will increase the number of on-street parking spaces on the street from 9 to 24, all of which will be available to the public.
In addition, council voted to pass a No Parking restriction on both sides of Dorchester Road between Barker Street and Crescent Road.
This will help drivers maintain sight lines for other motorists accessing the road from driveways and adjacent streets.
