Peel Region police officer suspended with pay after being arrested in Niagara.
A Peel police officer has been suspended with pay after being arrested by Niagara Regional Police.
On October 13th, Kristopher Habjan was arrested and charged with criminal harassment.
The officer was not on duty at the time.
Peel Regional Police spokeswoman Sarah Patten says Habjan has been suspended with pay.
He was released from custody on Friday, and is due back in court in November.
