They'll both be back in court next week, almost one year after the cop-on-cop shooting in Pelham.
According to the St. Catharines Standard, NRP Detective Sergeant Shane Donovan will be in court on Friday November 22nd while Constable Nathan Parker will face a judge on Wednesday November 20th.
The SIU charged Donovan with attempted murder back in March.
The OPP charged Parker with assaulting a police officer, assault with the intent to resist arrest and assault with a weapon back in May. This was a separate but parallel investigation into the same incident.
The shots were fired back on November 29, 2018. Parker was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
