Woodstock Biomed Inc has been charged with violating Pelham's Cannabis Interim Control Bylaw.
The town says it was housing a large scale grow op on Foss Road.
The bylaw bans the use of agricultural, commercial or industrial lands for cannabis purposes, except for uses that lawfully existed when the bylaw was passed in October 2018.
Leviathan Cannabis Group Inc owns Woodstock Biomed.
It's lawyers will answer to the charge at the Welland courthouse on November 27th, 2020.
