Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced some new measures for travelers.
Starting February 22nd, travelers arriving in Canada will be required to quarantine in a government-approved hotel at their own expense as they await the results of a COVID-19 test.
Trudeau says the measure was taken in order to discourage non-essential travel.
Starting on Monday, a negative COVID-19 test will be required at the land border.
