A Haldimand man has been arrested following a break and enter in the Falls.
It occured on January 2nd in the area of Summer Street and Main Street.
Officers discovered that the suspect broke into a home and stole jewelry and collectable comic books.
They later learned that the suspect had attempted to sell the comic books.
The value of the stolen goods is estimated to be around $9000.
The suspect was located yesterday at a service centre in the area of South Service Road and Industrial Drive in Grimsby.
He was arrested after a short foot pursuit.
After his arrest, officers conducted a search of his car and located illegal drugs, a prohibited weapon and stolen property.
The man is facing numerous charges, including Unauthorized possession of a weapon and possession of property obtained by crime.
