They're asking residents of a certain area of Port Colborne to check their property
Residents of a certain Port Colborne neighbourhood will notice more police officers as they search for a missing man.
Police were notified that 31-year old Derek Gibbs was last seen in Port Colborne on Monday, December 16th.
If you live in the Elm, Main and Clarence Street area, as well as King Street, and properties adjacent to the west side of the Welland Canal, you're asked to check your property, garages and unused vehicles that may be stored for winter, for any sign of Derek.
Police will increase their ground and water search in these areas.
