Police are investigating after a man on a mobility scooter was injured this morning.
Around 9:45, officers were called to the area of East Main Street and Lyons Avenue.
Initial reports suggested the driver hit a man on a mobility scooter, then took off.
Investigators now say a blue sedan drove into the pathway of a mobility scooter, causing it to lose control.
The victim fell off the scooter, and was treated for minor injuries.
A description of the driver has not been released, but police tell us the vehicle is believed to have damage on the front.
