Officers are investigating after a driver hit a tree on the Niagara River Parkway and fled the scene on foot.
The Niagara Parks Police Service reports that the incident happened last night around 11:30 near Fraser Hill, and the only car involved was a black BMW sedan that was traveling northbound.
It is unknown if the driver suffered any injuries.
Anyone with information on the collision is asked to notify either the NRP, the NPPS or Crime Stoppers.
