About $25,000 in damage to two vehicles
A crash in Port Colborne has resulted in a significant amount of damage, but luckily, only minor injuries.
Around 5:30 yesterday afternoon, two vehicles collided at the intersection of 2nd Concession Road and Wilhelm Road.
A silver Mercedes being driven by a 61 year old woman from Toronto collided with a black Acura driven by a 71 year old man from Welland.
Both drivers were assessed for minor injuries, but were not taken to hospital.
Damage is pegged at about $15,000 for the Mercedes and $10,000 for the Acura, and both cars were towed.
There is no word yet on what caused the collision, and police continue to investigate.
