Police say it happened Monday morning as she walked to school
A disturbing Monday morning for a 12-year old girl walking to school in Pelham.
Niagara police tell us they were called to an elementary school in the Church Street and Martha Court area, to find a girl walking to school was approached by a black Dodge Caravan.
They determined the driver stopped, spoke to her, and opened the sliding door.
The girl walked away, and the van left.
Police are looking for a white man, 40-50 years old, with short grey hair and possible buzz cut. He's also tall and skinny.
