They say he is safe

Update 6:30am:

Good news from NRP, in their search for a missing teenager.

They tell us Lucas LeBlanc has been found safe, after reported missing late yesterday in the Pelham area.

That's all the detail police have given.

Niagara Regional police need your help to find a missing teenager.

They tell us 17-year old Lucas LeBlanc was last seen on a property just west of E.L. Crossley high school, on Highway 20 in Pelham.

That was yesterday at around 5pm.

Police add Lucas is about 5'7 tall, with a thin build, shaved head, and short facial hair. He's believed to be wearing a grey zip up sweater, beige pants, white puma shoes.

Police also believe he's carrying two backpacks.
