Police locate Cara Stephens
A missing 46 year old Niagara Falls woman has been found.
Police had been searching for Cara Stephens who disappeared about two weeks ago.
Police say Stephens was located outside the Niagara Region.
The NRPS would like to that the public and media for their assistance.
