UPDATE: Missing Thorold Teen Found Safe

Fourteen year old Layla Travers hadn't been seen since October 11th.

Police say Layla Travers has been located and is safe. 

 

ORIGINAL STORY - October 13th, 11:57 AM

Police are asking for your help to find a missing Thorold teenager. 

Fourteen year old Layla Travers has not been seen since October 11th. 

Investigators believe she left her home near Port Robinson Road and Kottmeier Road around 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday. 

Her means of travel is unknown. 

Layla is described as follows: 

  • White, female
  • 5’4" tall
  • Thin build
  • Shoulder length brown hair
  • Nose piercing

Police and her family are concerned about her wellbeing. 

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the NRPS Communications Unit at 905-688-4111.
